1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at mya1ccoach.com and its subdomains (including driversseat.mya1ccoach.com), and any digital worksheets, workbooks, PDFs, emails, or related content (together, the "Service") offered by Julie Buttino Coaching("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service. If you are using it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. What we provide

We provide educational worksheets and digital products to help people living with diabetes reflect on, understand, and work with their blood sugar patterns. The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always talk to your own clinician about decisions involving your health, medication, or diabetes management.

4. Your account and information

You agree to provide accurate information (such as your name and email) when you sign up for a free download or make a purchase, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens under your email or account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post our worksheets, workbooks, or other paid digital products.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
  • Upload or transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

6. Intellectual property

All worksheets, workbooks, PDFs, text, graphics, branding, and other materials made available through the Service are owned by Julie Buttino Coaching or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. When you purchase or download a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your copy publicly or resell it.

7. Payments and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms, which cover payment, billing, applicable taxes, and related matters.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features, products, or content at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Julie Buttino Coaching will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Julie Buttino Coaching harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
