This Privacy Notice describes how Julie Buttino Coaching ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal information when you visit mya1ccoach.com and its subdomains (including driversseat.mya1ccoach.com), download a worksheet, or buy one of our products (the "Service"). Julie Buttino Coaching is the data controller for the personal information described here.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us — your first name and email address when you request the free worksheet or buy a product.
  • Purchase information — order details (which product, when, the amount paid) and a reference to your payment, processed by Paddle.
  • Email engagement — whether emails were delivered, opened, or clicked, so we can improve the content we send and clean up our list.
  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar telemetry collected automatically when you use the Service (for example via Microsoft Clarity).
  • Support correspondence — anything you send us by email or through a form, so we can reply to you.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver the free worksheet and any product you purchase.
  • To send follow-up emails related to the worksheet, tips, and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To process payments, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
  • To respond to your support questions.
  • To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (UK / EEA users)

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering products you ordered), our legitimate interests (running and improving the Service, securing it, and contacting customers about related products), your consent (where required for marketing or non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (for tax and accounting).

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record for payments. Paddle processes your payment, handles invoicing, applicable taxes, and refunds, and acts as a separate data controller for that activity. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website, database, file storage, and email sending on our behalf.
  • Analytics providers such as Microsoft Clarity, which helps us understand how people use the site.
  • Professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers) where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities where we are required to do so by law.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside your country, including in the United States and the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. As a general rule, we keep contact and email engagement data while you remain subscribed (and for a reasonable period after you unsubscribe so we don't accidentally re-add you), and we keep purchase and tax records for as long as required by law (typically up to 7 years). After that, we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent you have given.
